How to disable mobile view

    I would like to permamently disable mobile view of the website. On older forum posts I’ve found, that the option for it should be available under WP Admin>Appearance>Theme?? but I have none. Could you please help me?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    It’s not possible to disable the mobile view of your site as it would need a lot of custom css and css rewriting and that’s not possible on a free wordpress.com website. Also it would be a bad idea as it would make your site almost unusable on smartphone and tablet.

    Out of curiosity, why would you disable the mobile view?
