How to display a Updated page on homepage without Stick the post?

  Hi, I have a job website of wordpress i.e http://www.EduAssam.com , I want to display the posts on the homepage which I updated recently without stick the post, but unable to find out the settings. So please help me. How do I display a latest updated post on the homepage without select Stick option……..??
