How to display site title and tagline next to logo – Storefront Theme

I have been trying all the Additional CSS previously suggested without success. I am using the Storefront theme. It seems I can have either one or the other: a logo or a site name with tagline. I want both.
If it’s not to big of an ask, is it possible to also help me with the CSS to edit the font and size of the site title and tagline so they match my brand?

This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
We wouldn’t be able to supply CSS for this site.
