How to edit a footer

I had someone else build my website and set it up but the contact information in the footer is incorrect and I can’t figure out how to fix it. It is not part of the pages text, It is a special footer with contact information that shows up on each page once you scroll to the bottom. The person who built the website used Elementor but the site is through WordPress hosted by Bluehost. I can no longer get in touch with the person who built the site and need to change the contact info on my page so it is correct otherwise clients will not be able to get a hold of me. I also have a contact form that the person put on my Contact page that does not go to my email, I am unsure where it goes and can not find anywhere to change the link or how to change the link.
