How to edit what categories show up on a post page

    Hello, I am looking to create a blog and have it set up as a posts page. How can I edit what category of posts gets displayed on this page? Right now it shows all posts but I want it to only show a certain category on this page. How can I accomplish this? I have it set up under settings/reading to go to this page for the blog through WordPress.

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account
