how to embed or insert a flv into my header??

  can i insert flv files or embed videos into my blog? how do i do that? kindly advise. =)

  You cannot put flash in a header, nor can you directly embed it in posts or pages. Direct flash and javascript embeds are not allowed due to security concerns.
