Hi! Can you contact your host to have them restore a backup, first? That should be enough to get you into wp-admin at least.
Then, from these errors it sounds like maybe some of your plugins are out of date. You’ll want to (carefully) work on getting everything up to date again. There are companies that can help with that if you need it. You might check in here if you need a referral:
