Apparently miotmay.wordpress.com is different from miotmayblog.wordpress.com so apparently the blog I’m asking for the arecord ,Cname and NS is Miotmayblog.wordpress.com

The top level domain here is wordpress.COM.
All sites hosted here are on .wordpress.COM sub domains.https://miotmayblog.wordpress.com/ is an empty site so the information you are asking for appears to be how can I domain map from https://miotmayblog.wordpress.com/ to the URL I bought from Godaddy.
Is that correct?
Or are you going to set up a wordpress.ORG software install that Godaddy hosts?
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. You are asking for the information that applies to a DOMAIN not to a site on a subdomain like https://miotmayblog.wordpress.com/ which appears to be devoid of any blogger created content. Therefore it seems there is no content to move.

I got a domain from go daddy so to link my account i need my arecord , NS, and Cname
You do not need those records to connect a GoDaddy domain to a WordPress.com site. To connect a domain to a WordPress.com site you need to purchase a paid plan and a domain mapping upgrade, and then change the domain’s name servers with your domain provider, as explained here.
Use a Domain You Already Own (Domain Mapping)
Apparently miotmay.wordpress.com is different from miotmayblog.wordpress.com
Your account does not own the site, miotmayblog.wordpress.com. That site belongs to the username, miotmay5, so you need to be logged into that account to make changes to that site.
