how to get access to a lost site

  I’m on the board of directors for this small gun club in Portland. Someone, years ago in 2009 made this website for the club but they’ve either passed on no one can remember the information. It’s lost and we’ve never had luck trying to contact WordPress or even figure out who or what email was used to create the site.

  I registered a new domain and made a new site and slowly we’re updating the world, Google, search engines and other listings away from this old site but it still shows up. Is there any way to get in touch with an actual human at WordPress and have the site deleted or is it just going to live forever in a lost limbo?
