How to get back the URL of my deleted site?

    I’ve deleted my site (tamjid23.wordpress.com). I should have deleted all the contents of the site but I have deleted the site because of my ignorance. Now I want to make another new site with the same URL. But I’m not finding the URL in the URL selection list. How can I get back the URL?

    The blog I need help with is vertexcr.wordpress.com – WordPress has added this to my question automatically! I don’t want help for the ‘vertexcr’ site.
    The site I need help is tamjid23.wordpress.com & it is no more.
