How to get blog posts to link into other Menu tabs?

  Hi,
  I’ve been trying for hours to figure out how to write a post so that it appears in the blog tab of my website but then also filters into another tab aswell.
  i.e – recipe for ‘Summer Fruit Protein Smoothie’, I’m trying to put it in Recipes – Drinks folder on the menu bar.

  Tag or use a Category for each post and then use a Custom Menu to display that category/tag in the navbar.
