How to get in touch to fix Jetpack or get my money back

    I purchased a security package. It wants me to connect to my WordPress account to use the features. I use WordPress but have a different host. Nothing is working . I can apparently request a refund within 14 days. There is no contact information provided for how to request a refund. I’d much rather get the product working. Everything I try keeps pushing me back in a hellish loop of logging back into WordPress.com and achieving nothing. I’d rather speak with someone in private and I paid for support. So what do I do?

  • The WordPress.com account you’re currently logged in to was just created today and has no Jetpack sites and no history of purchases or transaction activity.
