How to get IP for who changed the phone number

    Hello,
    I have an old wordpress website , we as ‘gtm-media’ company have changed the theme in 9/2020, recently a competitor has raised a case on us because their phone number in or website it was their from 10/2020 because there is screenshots and it appears. and we don’t know who entered. We only have one admin account and all employees are using it to access the admin panel . Can you help me to know the Ip of who put the number
