How to get main domain back after having cancelled subscription

  Hi there
  I have cancelled my subscription that I got in April 2016. Now I can not have access to my website which is hosted by another company. How can I get my main domain back since my plan should end only in April? Can wordpress support help me please?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you like, I can try and reverse the cancellation.

  If successful, you will need to re-purchase the yearly domain registration. Then you will be able to use the domain here on WordPress.com or point your domain to a new webhost using these instructions:

  Change a Domain’s Name Servers

  Let me know what you would like to do.

  Do I have to pay first before you try to reverse the cancellation? Just wondering what is the odds for this action to be successful.

  I can attempt the reversal once you give the word. You will only be billed if it is successful.

  Hi @loulsm!

  We’ve heard back from our domain provider, and they were able to restore your domain back to its original expiration date, so there’s no charge for restoring it at this time.

  I see that it’s already pointed to another host’s name servers. You can either keep the registration with us (it’s due to renew in April), or follow the steps here to transfer it to another domain registrar:
