How to get people to follow my blog

  Hello,

  I need help in getting people/readers to follow my blog. I have noticed that when my blog is opened via a mobile device, I can see the ‘follow’ button at the end of my very first blog and not on the last blog or on the rest of the blogs posted. Is there a way i can make the ‘follow’ button appear on all my posted blogs and not just my first blog or at the very end of my blog.

  Pls I need an answer on how to get people to follow my blog.
  Secondly when I send email to people to follow my blog, they complain that they find it difficult to follow. Thanks
