How to get plug ins/ change to self hosted through word press

    How do I change from wordpress.org. to wordpress.com? I have an existing word press blog site but it’s editing functionality is very basic and it doesn’t have access to plug ins. I’d like to get plug ins like Page Editor…do I need to move hosting to external and re-build the site again in order to get plug ins? Help!

    Well, don’t change anything yet because you’ve got it backwards. WordPress.com blogs don’t have plugins. Yes, you will need to move to paid external hosting and install software from WordPress.ORG in order to use plugins.
