How to Get rid of ‘about’ section at bottom of Post?

Hello!
I’m new to wordpress. I put up a blog yesterday, but I want to get rid of the ‘about’ section that appears at the bottom of my post – or make it a link rather than the whole about info.
How do I do this?

The theme you are using, Twenty-Ten, by default displays whatever information you have entered in the About section of your Public Profile at the end of each Post/Page. If you don’t want anything to display or only something short, you will have to remove/edit the information in your Public Profile.
If you want a longer About section, put it on your About page instead.
