How to get the new blog address to show when sharing a post?

  I changed my blog address to match my blog name (Proverbs 4 Today), but when I share a post the old address shows-How to fix?

  old address- huayni.wordpress.com
  new address- proverbs4today.wordpress.com
  Blog url: http://proverbs4today.wordpress.com/
