how to get the right email address for my website

  Hi,
  I have recently started a small non-profit. It is called Thrive Micro-finance and it is based in Zimbabwe. We provide training and support for women and access to to micro-finance. I have started a website that you host – it is called thrivemicrofinance.com.
  At present, my only email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and this is the the one that is attached to the website. I would like to start another email address for use in connection with Thrive ie (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  Unfortunately, I do not really understand the terminology that is used. I do not know if my domain is mapped or not. I have tried to use google apps which involves pasting html to confirm ownership of the site but after several hours was unable to make any progress.
