How to have more control with fonts and margin controls for sentense wraparound?
-
How can I obtain a greater variety of “fonts” than what I am forced to use through “preformatted”? I have experimented with paragraph, address, headings 1 thru 6 however none of them meet my needs as with the fonts used within my “word” documents.
Also, may I set up a “wrap around feature” with my blog entries so that I can type more quickly and easily and not continually having to monitor reaching the end of my sentences at the far right margin? -
Hi there, since you have the Custom Design upgrade, you can set a custom font for your site title, headings, and body text, by heading over to Appearance > Custom Design – and clicking the Fonts tab:
https://arpsgeorgefroschl.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-fonts
From there, you can select from a range of Typekit fonts.
You can learn more about custom fonts here.
You can also learn how to modify the size and colour of words within an individual post.
Also, may I set up a “wrap around feature” with my blog entries so that I can type more quickly and easily and not continually having to monitor reaching the end of my sentences at the far right margin?
Posts should automatically be wrapping in your Visual Editor. Could you please confirm in what browser and version you’re using to compose posts? If you’re not sure, you can check what it says under Web Browser here: http://supportdetails.com/

Hello Kathrynwp,
Thank you for your helpful response on my questions concerning finding and selecting a custom font and the issue of wrap around sentences. I do appreciate you taking the time. I will certainly use your supportive steps with the font issue the next I create my next Blog entry.
Per the second issue, I am still not totally clear about your assistance. Being very new to WordPress I am not sure I know what you mean by Visual Editor. I was able to confirm my browser and version that I am currently using. It is Firefox 20.0 . If you would, please send me another clarification message concerning the wrap around feature. Again, thank you for your helping efforts.

Hi George,
The Visual Editor is the editing window where most folks write their posts. It has a row of formatting buttons above the window, and you’ll see the “Visual” tab active, as you see here:
Here’s more information on the Visual Editor:

If your text still isn’t wrapping as you compose posts, would it be possible to upload a screenshot to help in troubleshooting, so I can have a look for clues?
Here’s a guide on how to make a screenshot, if you’re not sure: http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/
You can upload the screenshot in your Media Library so I can see it. Thanks.

Thank you Kathrynwp,
I will first look into finding and manipulating the “Visual Tab” feature “active” in the hopes of solving my wrap around problem. If not resolved, I will then try out your other suggestions.
Thanks,…George…
