  Here at wordpress.COM we have been running on 3.0 since the end of May. Here at wordpress.com Staff does continual wordpress roll outs and we do not have to update our version nor can we do so. Please read this for more clarity about the the differences between wordpress.COM free hosted blog and wordpress.ORG installs >
