How to I change my wordpress.com blog BACK to my self hosted wordpress.org blog?

I somehow chose the wrong option while logged into my wordpress.org template hosted via DoDaddy. This changed my blog address from puresnickety.com to puresnickety.wordpress.com.

Now, I am unable to login to puresnickety.com in order to switch the setting. When I visit puresnickety.com, I receive my site without the wordpress premium template applied.

Basically, I want two seperate blog pages. One that is self hosted and one that you host. This is how I had it set up from the beginning. I am an IT and I cannot find where to fix my mistake. Please assist me with getting my company site back on track.
    Blog url: http://puresnickety.wordpress.com/

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

http://puresnickety.com is coming up for me directly (although only HTML without CSS).

If you are having trouble with your domain login, you will need to contact your webhost as we cannot help here.

Thank you for your response! I was very frustrated and tired when I wrote my question. So, I know I wasn’t completely clear on the problem.

I changed the setting for my blog on my template. Now, when I attempt to login, it redirects me to the wordpress.com login. I am therefore unable to change my setting back so that the CSS and PHP template work.

I will check with my hosting company. Thanks again.
