How to include a bordered info box in body of post

  I am creating a recipe book and would like to set off the recipe from the rest of the post body by creating a bordered text box. Is it possible to do this in the body of a post? An example of a wordpress site that does this is thelawstudentswife.com, so it seems like it is at least possible.
