  Should I install jetpack locally on my computer? I tried that (even it seems to be unusefull) but there is no exe-thing inside, just images, txt and other stuff. i would really like to use this but how? please help me.

  Jetpack is a WordPress plugin. If you have a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, you’ll need to install it on the blog itself.

  If you have a WordPress.com blog, you don’t need it, as all it does is bring the built-in WordPress.com features to self-hosted WordPress.org blogs.
