how to install Invitebox plugin to my wordpress.

  I went to to the WordPress plugin directory but did not understand how to follow the details.

  Here is the link.

  Its says.

  Unzip and Upload file wordpress-invitebox-plugin.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.

  Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

  i downloaded the file but my question is how do i Upload file wordpress-invitebox-plugin.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory ?
