how to install themes manually ?

    i just need to know how to install themes downloaded from other website , I have the wordpress themes as a folder.
    some people said:
    wp admin>Appearence>Themes> add new
    but I cant find the add new button in the wp admin!!
    what can I do?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,
    You can not install themes on a WordPress.com site. The only themes available for activation are those found in the at Appearance > Themes, or in the WordPress.com Theme Showcase.

    That would probably be in reference to self-hosted WordPress.org sites. There is no “Add New” (themes) button on a WordPress.com site.
