How to Install VideoPress on a wordpress.com blog?

  instructions you emailed for installing video press require downloading the software, then uploading it via the plugin menu. wordpress.com doesn’t have the plugin menu. how do we install what we just purchased?

  As long as you have paid for the upgrade, VideoPress is built-in at WordPress.com.
