How to install wpml on my blog

  Hi, my blog is: voyagegourmand.org (chezmickaella.worldpress.com) using Delicacy theme
  and I would like to make it work in 2-3 languages. I bought WMPL plugin and I didnt find anywhere how to install it on my blog. Does it work with my theme?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  While plugins are common on self hosted WordPress sites, due to security concerns, they are not available on WordPress.com. There is more info regarding WordPress.com and plugins here:
