How to let followers "unsubscribe"?

  I use the “follow bog” widget, but cannot find a way to allow followers to unsubscribe when they no longer wish to follow the blog. How do I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If they are email subscribers – down at the bottom of the email in small type there is a “Manage Subscriptions” link – they need to click on that link and follow the instructions

  You be welcome – just went through this with a friends blog that I Admin for him – a couple of people wanted to get off the email list –
