  This forum means you were logged into your account. You should be able to access your blog from the top of the screen with the gray bar – click on “My Blogs” and pick out your blog.

  http://sm2mukh.wordpress.com/wp-login.php is I think your log-in screen

  You can also add the “Meta” Widget to your sidebar that should have a log-in option in it.

  Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets >> drag and drop the Widget to the sidebar.
