How to make a new website, and replace the current one

    Hey there,

    I made a website before, now I want to have a new one, how can I keep the current one till the new one finish? How to replace it?

    Hi Helen,

    What is the URL of the current site you’re speaking of? The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here is only a few hours old and doesn’t own any sites.

    If you’re speaking of a site hosted somewhere else, you can create a new WordPress.com site with us without it affecting your existing site at all. If you have a domain on the current site that you want to use here, you can leave switching the domain to us until the very end, and only do that once you’re ready to take the current site offline.
