How to make Blog Visable to Many People?

    I am trying to get the word out on my development in Costa Rica, I have started a Blog and have wonderful websites and what not, but how do I get in front of a large audience, so they visit my blogs, websites etc…

    I have tried very hard not to spam, email, etc…..but it is frustrating…in order to keep prices down I dont spend much in advertising….can some one share some tidbits of info on how to create followers to blogs quickly and efficiently to the right market?
