How to make copyrighted PDFs deleted from my blog inaccessible?
-
I removed two copyright-protected PDFs from my blog and removed the links, but anyone who knows the old links can still access the PDFs. Here are the addresses for the deleted PDFs:

Are the PDFS appearing in your Media Library?
Did you permanently delete the PDFs from your media trash folder? -
I deleted them from my Media Library, and they are now not appearing there. I don’t see a media trash folder. Is that a feature of WordPress Pro?

WordPress.COM is on three very large server farms (over 30,000,000 blogs and company web sites) – so you are probably having caching issues withing the WordPress.com server system – remember also that search engines cache a lot of data so the files will probably live on in some corner of the internet for some time

No. There are separate folders as is explained here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/

timethief,
Thanks for your help on the trash folder. I’m guessing that I don’t have anything in my trash folder because my Dashboard doesn’t have any of those links to trash folders. I just moved a post to the trash as a test. Then the Trash link for posts appeared. This leads me to believe that I don’t have any PDFs in the uploads trash folder since there is no link to Trash for media. I suspect that I’m having caching issues as auxclass suggested.
