how to make my home page a "home page" and not the blog

  so our current blog/website, dentalimplanttestimonials.com is a blog. but i want to turn it into a website using wordpress. how can i make the blog appear on a page called blog (ex dentalimplanttestimonials.com/blog) and not dentalimplanttestimonials.com? i want to reserve the .com as our Welcome/Front page type of thing.

  do I just have to copy and paste all of the blog into another page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
