How to make my website show changes I make.

  I make changes to my website but it does not reflect.

  Thanks for your response. The problem is, I’m hosting with SiteGround. And any website I host on it without turning on cache on the server, or installing a caching plugin experiences a tremendous load time.

  But the problem is that, when someone has already accessed the site and with time I make any change, the person doesn’t see the change made when he enters the domain. It appears a cached version is rather being served. Honestly, this is a bit frustrating because one has to manually clear the browser cache to see the changes made.
