HOW TO make the first page with Terms (Accept – I not Accept )

  Hello, im new, i wanna install wordpress and make one blog, and i dont know how to make the site to be only for the ppl who accept the terms and rulles, i dont know how to explain, my english is not very good.

  Is there any plugin or idk, any way to make the blog have the first page with the two options Accept and I Am Not Accept the terms? and if the ppl is click on Accept he can navigate the site if not then is redirected out.

  Can someone help me pls?

  Sorry, http://documentales.co.tv/ is a self-hosted blog you need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.
