How to make website mobile-responsive and is there a way to change the title of the header image for other pages besides homepage?

  Hello! I am making a website for someone and was wondering how to make the website look nice on a phone. I’m using the twenty-seventeen theme. I’ve already used the mobile responsive methods that some plugins provided but it just doesn’t do the job. I also want to know if there is a way to change the title on header images or if I can put a title on category (ex. journal, conversation piece, thailand, italy, etc) This is the website https://galaxyofthought.com/

  The Twenty Seventeen theme is responsive as it is, so no need for plugins or other tricks.

  But it doesn’t look nice on a phone. The header image is too big and the site title and description does not align to the center.
