How to mention name of other blogger

  Actually I wanted to mention my fellow blogger to thank her in my post. That her name shows in blue or that if you click on her name her blog could be opened.
  So can anyone tell how can i do it?

  blue text — Highlight the name and change the color of the text with the text color popup opened with the underscored A tab in the editor toolbar.
