How to move my followers to my new blog?

  I just changed my blog name and URL but want to know how to move my followers to the new blog? Thanks!!

  Hi there,

  We can move those followers for you. Just let me know what your old WordPress.com URL was and your new full WordPress.org URL. Also, make sure that you’ve installed and connected the Jetpack plugin.

  Hello-

  You can really do that? :) My old blog is http://www.avocadorun.wordpress.com and the new one is http://www.coastalrunnergirl.wordpress.com

  What’s a jetpack plugin? Not sure if I have that connected.

  I apologize! I thought you had moved your blog to an external, WordPress.org site.
