How to NOT renew my Personal plan and domain name?

  I received a mail, WordPress are about to renew my Personal plan and domain name.

  I do not want to renew it, I want to cancel it.

  When I click on “Manage your account”, the page says “You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.” How should I proceed?

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
