How to place a Leave A Comment form on a PAGE, not a POST.

    How do I place a Leave A Comment form on a PAGE, not a POST? The user documentation says the comment form can be placed on a Post or Page, but I cannot find any instructions for doing it on a Page (it appears in a New Post automagically).

    Comments on pages work exactly the same as on posts – if your default comment settings at My Site ->Manage ->Settings ->Discussion allows for comments by default, comments should be enabled automatically on any new post or page you publish.

    Or else you can enable/disable them directly from the editor. Edit the page, and in the editor look under More Options in the editor sidebar and you’ll find comment settings for the individual post/page there (assuming you’re using the editor in My Sites. If you’re using the WP-Admin editor, that option is in the Discussion module in the editor.
