How to post multiple blogs to a specific page within your blog site

Hello everyone I am hoping to find an aswer to a question I have… I want to be able to post mutiple blogs on a specific page within my blog site. So far being the greenhorn I am with wordpress, I have only figured out how to post multiple blogs to the home page of my blogsite and the rest of the pages seem to be limited to only one blog. What am I missing here? I just want to post multiple blogs into different sections (pages) of my blogsite and I can’t seem to figure out how..
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To do that you need to
a) file each post under an appropriate category

b) create a custom top nav menu
