how to proceed the payment?

    I have a domain: yummypath.com, and want to use it with wordpress server.
    But I tried many times with different accounts, it always shows: the purchase is forbidden, please contact our service to restart it.

    After reporting online, got a mail from billing support as below:
    Thank you for reaching out today.

    We reserve the right to limit purchases on WordPress.com sites, so payments will not be allowed for this account. Your site is online, and you may use it on our free plan for as long as you’d like without upgrades.

    Realy confused now:
    Why do you limit the purchases on WordPress.com sites?
    Will you limit the purchases for my own website yummypath.com？If yes, why?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
