  Hello, my web site was deactivated because the payment was refused while I had received the e-mail of confirmation of payment in the middle of November…
  The site at present does not work any more! http://Www.sportetculture06.com
  Yet it turns out after research that this payment was refused, what I do not understand because the account is constantly fed. It turns out that a person opposed it, yet I am the only one who manages this site and the bank account, and no obstruction was made…

  When I try to settle, I have a message which tells me that Paypal could also have refused, what have no possible, because I have no account at with them…
  I tried to pay in spite of the 20€ fine, the 119€ sum, but there is a blocking, my payment is automatically refused !
  That then I to make to solve this problem?

  Hi @sportetculture06, we received a chargeback. It was initiated by the cardholder or the bank, so please get in touch with your bank to let them know it was a mistake. It can take a while for that to resolve, so the other option is to go ahead and pay the fee and re-purchase the upgrades.

  @sportetculture06 that’s odd. I’ll have our payments team investigate and I’ll email with more info. Also, I’m working on getting the domain back so it will be ready to work once this is resolved.
