How to Recover a deleted WP Account

    Hi! My client created a WP account but for some reasons, she accidentally deleted it. No website created yet, just purely account creation in WP. Problem is we cannot recover the account since we don’t have the following information: Transaction ID, Activation Key /URL, two-factor authentication codes. We have searched our email and there was no email from WP with those details. Can someone help us recover the account so we can proceed in creating our new website? Thank you!

    Hi there, WordPress.com accounts can be recovered only within the first 30 days after deletion. Have your client reply to the account deletion email that was sent to her account email address by WordPress.com following deletion. Make sure to check all the social inboxes and spam for that email.

    If it’s been more than 30 days since deletion, it won’t be possible to recover the account and the username will not be available again to re-register. She will however be able to create a new WordPress.com username account with a different username.
