How to recover my account while I lost access to phone number and backup codes?

  I have a blog powered my wordpress.com. But I can’t login. I lost access to the phone number I registered for 2-step authentification. They keep sending code to that number.

  I tried the 10 backup codes that wordpress provided before, but none of them worked.

  I tried to submit this form but it did not work either. They keep asking the trasaction and code https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Is there anyway I can recover my account. Thanks a lot for your help
