Although we do have a “site redirect” upgrade that allows you to forward all traffic at your site to an outside URL, we do not have the ability to redirect single pages or even images.
Also those image URLs appear to relate to Tumblr, but this is the support forum for WordPress.com sites, which behave quite differently. If you need help with your Tumblr site you can ask the team here: https://www.tumblr.com/support

Thank you for your response,Actually that person is sharing images with these links as source, on different social networks like Facebook, pinterest etc.
But all these links redirect to a common page.I am very queries to know that how actually its happening?I little bite check his code source, here he is using jetpack plugin, might be not sure.You may check his parent website

It would be hard to tell without seeing the posts from the social network. They may be using a workaround such as https://anyimage.io/, but it’s hard telling since their site is also self-hosted and we do not have access to self-hosted sites to check out what they are doing.
But, that workaround may work for what you are looking for.

As staff-doublebassd already said, their site is not hosted by us and therefore we don’t know exactly how they do those redirects.
Are you looking to create a similar site with healthyremediescom.wordpress.com?
