How to register a blog which is already regstred ?

  Hello,
  I’m a french user who would register a known url “kungfuangers.wordpress.com”.
  This blog is inactive since 2010 and the association “kungfuangers” would like take this url to use it.
  Who may I contact to resolve this feature ?

  The blog owner – leave a comment on the blog – if they feel like answering you back they will – otherwise you are out of luck – WordPress.COM will not take a blog away from someone – there is no requirement to use a blog

  I wrote a message to the owner by the “about” page.
  I’ll wait a response.
  I’m not sure to have understood what what you wrote to me : is it possible to catch a registred blog ? (I understood No !)

  A blog belongs to the original person that registered it – They are the only one that can give the domain to another person
