How to remove a dead url from My Blogs

How do I remove a dead site from my blogs list?
I have some old Self hosted URLs showing in my blogs list. Not a huge deal, I can make them not visible, but I’d prefer to simply remove them.
Also, on a related matter. How do self-hosteds get listed there these days? Once upon a time there was a place to enter the url, but now there isn’t. I’ve three on my own domain and two show up,but not the third … one, in fact, shows up twice with the second bearing the wrong title.
The ones I’d like removed are headlesspenguin.no-ip.org/Diary and nexuscomic.pcriot.com
The missing one is universal-nexus.com
The doubled is h2g2.universal-nexus.com, the “My site” title being the unwanted double.
I supect from other posts I’ve seen a staff member has to fix this, is that correct?
Blog url: http://jblog.universal-nexus.com/The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Yes Staff will have to do the removal and thanks for providing details. This thread has been flagged for Staff assistance. -

I have removed these from your account as requested.
Self-hosted blogs are added to your WordPress.com account by connecting the Jetpack plugin with your WordPress.com account.

Much appreciated. I had jetpack signed on, but something must have glitched. Signed it off and back on and there she was.
So FYI for anyone else.
