Since you haven’t created a custom menu, we’re automatically generating one based on your published Pages. In order to control your menu, you’ll need to create one through Appearance > Menus. Here’s a guide on creating custom menus:

Thanks very much. Indeed I would like to remove the child pages of speakers’ name under PROGRAM–> PRESENTERS. So it will show only the category SPEAKERS under the sub page PROGRAM.
I did set up the menu but I do not understand how to work from there onward.

Sorry, I think I was unclear. You’ll need to build the entire menu, including ‘Welcome’, ‘Programs’, ‘Registrations’, etc. Any child pages, you should add as submenu items.
Then you’ll need to set where this menu appears via the Manage Locations tab:
